I have rented a new house in Alhambra and the manager and owner are not managing the house as heat not working?
I have rented a house and management of the house is not good as heating previously working now not working, Bathroom sliding door not working, Kitchen floor broken, Closet door not working wheels broken and Bath tub not cleaned, i have told the Manager and he said he will fix it but not yet repaired. Any body please suggest whom to complain about it. Thanks
You should not have rented or signed a lease until these things were repaired.
There may be a city authority you can call, but I don’t know where to tell you to start.
