how do i get my self to stop?
i wana stop bitting my nails cuz they look very fugly. iv’e gotten a manicure before and it dosent work i just chew on those then tare them off. ive been putting maximum growth nai; polish on them put i keep peeling off the polish. so how the heck can i stop this horibble habbit?
Wear gloves around the house. Easier than hot sauce or chili powder and it works better. The problem with those things is that, sure it might teach you to not bite your nails… but accidentally scratch your one time and it’s going to hurt like he||.
Good luck. Just be sure to take them off before school/ work/ hanging out with friends or whatever, they might think you’re weird
